On the day you are expecting delivery of your furniture it is possible for you to ring our carriers Nightfreight and ask them for an estimate of when they will be delivering your furniture.
To do this, on the day you are expecting delivery please enter your Intosofa Order ID, your name, and the post code of your billing address in the form below.
You will then be given the consignment number of your furniture, and a link which you can click on to be taken to a Nightfreight webpage.
Once you are on the Nightfreight webpage please enter the postcode of your delivery address and you will be given the telephone number of your local Nightfreight depot.
If you ring your local Nightfreight depot and give them your consignment number, they should be able to help you with an estimated delivery time for your furniture.
