What happens if I am unhappy with the sofa or chair I receive for any reason at all? |

Simply ring us or email us and we will arrange for the goods to be collected and we will return your money in full excluding any delivery charges. In such an instance please repackage the sofa securely in the packaging in which it arrived. |

How long will it take me to assemble a sofa? |

Assembly will usually take between 30 to 40 minutes. |

If at some future date I wish to relocate my sofa can I take it apart, relocate it and reassemble it? |

Yes. We suggest that you keep the tool and the instructions which we provide with each item of furniture, so that you can use them whenever you wish to disassemble and reassemble the sofa. |

Is there any sort of warranty on the furniture? |

Yes. Your furniture is guaranteed for two years after delivery against any defects in materials or workmanship allowing for fair wear and tear. In the unlikely event of a defect occurring we will repair the furniture free of charge.

Yes, unlike some other companies we do not charge extra for applying Guardsman fabric protection to arm caps and scatter cushions. |

We are unable to say that items of furniture bought at different times will match in shade. This is because nearly all fabrics vary in shade from one batch to another. Different pieces of furniture in the same fabric choice bought together will match. |

We will have the furniture you wish to return picked up from you during a working day of your choice. This means that the pick up could be anytime between 8:30am and 5:30pm on the working day of your choice.We cannot make collections on a Saturday morning.
